No need for songbooks or OHP slides!

SongPro v4 offers you even more features - the database contains over 3,000 popular songs/hymns and the full text of six English and ten other language Bible translations including: NIV, NASB and KJV. Optional add-on modules are available for: GNB, NLT, NRSV and The Message.
SongPro’s full Bible-text search (any word or phrase) will make pre-planning much easier. The operator can easily keep up with the speaker as Bible references are quoted, and different versions of the Bible can be instantly switched from one to another for comparison.

Full text-content searching of the songs is provided -
just type in any part of the title, verse, or chorus - it’s as
simple as that! Songs may also be filtered by category,
author and key.

Other features include advanced video and graphics - pre-queued videos, DVDs etc can all be played and used as a background to the projected text. Moving video images from a live camera feed can also be used as a background.
The text for liturgy and songs can have mixed font attributes (ie colour, bold, italic) on each line of text. This can be used to distinguish between leader and response text, or men’s and women’s song parts.

Text and imagesV4 can be faded in or faded out. The
background image library supplied with SongPro has
been increased to over 200 images, and you may add
your own images - JPEGs etc.

PowerPoint presentations can be integrated into the
service plan, and using the slide preview feature, the
presentation can be started on any slide.

Planning made easy Part of a typical screen is reproduced below - you can see how easy it is to plan your meeting - the list can then be printed out for musicians, leaders etc or emailed to them. New songs can be easily added and be available for immediate use, all without the need for photocopies, acetates, inserts or page re-numbering.

Show notices and pop-up messages
Eye-catching notices can be set up and displayed
automatically, cycling through each one in turn and
shown for a pre-defined time. ‘Welcome’ messages can
also be displayed, complete with your church logo.
Display a pop-up message at any time for that
important nursery call or parking problem.

Your favourites
A ‘favourite’ facility also helps you with planning,
enabling you to compile songs and other items you use
frequently.

Automatic song-use monitoring
All songs that are sung are automatically registered,
and when CCLI registration is due, a reminder will
prompt you and a report can be generated.

Dual-monitor capability Two video outputs from your PC are all that you need for dual-monitor use. The preparation screen on one, and the output to the projector. If your projector has RS232 (serial) communication, then keyboard control of projector functions (eg freeze/blank) is also possible.
Easy to import new songs Simply copy and paste a new song into the database, or import a text file with a collection of songs.
