Windows 'Clipboard' is a useful tool, but has its limitations.  It can only store one thing at a time.   Microsoft have attempted to address this situation in 'Office' with the multiple clipboard, but it's not very versatile, and is limited to 'Office' applications only.

ClipStore is intended as an aid to store text and images you wish to collect.
Whether you are on the internet, or in any other Windows applications, ClipStore runs unobtrusively in the background,  collecting everything you copy.

  • ClipStore runs minimised and captures any saved text and images automatically.

  • Browse your collection of information at a later time. 

  • Stores the date and time it was saved.

  • Define any categories you wish for the stored information.

  • Add a title and/or category to the saved information (if you wish), at the time of capture.  If enabled, a pop-up form will request the information.

  • A 'Find' facility enables you to search for any text content. If a match is found the text is highlighted.

  • Captured images are shown at a fixed size, however their actual size in pixels is indicated and by clicking on the image will be shown full size.
