Returns/Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the software supplied, you may return the goods within 14 days for a full refund, less the cost of carriage.  Return carriage must be paid for by the sender.  All copies of the software must be un-installed, and the returned goods must be in original condition and accompanied by the reason for return, together with a signed declaration of removal of the software.  To avoid having to use the returns procedure, it is highly recommended that an evaluation copy is downloaded and tested for suitability prior to purchasing.
